‘A Moment Worth Celebrating’
I recently had the incredible privilege of presenting the first-ever Nxtgen Care Award — an honor er incredible team. They didn’t just adopt technology — they embraced a mindset shift, creating a Culturrecognizing leadership in setting new standards in senior care through innovation, transparency, and compassion. The competition was fierce. The winner had consistently exceeded their CPIs (Care Performance Indicators) 5 of the last 6 months. The recipient? Melissa Crouch, Administrator at The Kempton of Brightmore in Wilmington, NC — and he of Abundance! They showed us what’s possible when mountains of dormant segregated data are activated to create intelligence to create better relationships, better care and better NOI!
